He earned his degree from Eger Teacher Training College (today Károly Eszterházy University) in 1978, and graduated from the Master’s teaching programme there in 2009. In 1981 he was one of the founders of the Xertox group. Major awards: Grand Prize of the 18th National Graphic Art Biennial (1996), Sinken Chiku Residential Design Competition 3rd Prize (1997), Grand Prize at the 9th National Drawing Biennial (1998), Munkácsy Award (1999). In 2000 he won a scholarship from the Hungarian Academy in Rome. In 2014 he had a solo exhibition at Kunsthalle Budapest. Public collections featuring his works: Hungarian National Gallery, Budapest History Museum, Ministry of Culture, Miskolc Gallery, Ottó Herman Museum, János Xantus Museum, Békés County Library, Young Artists’ Studio, National Graphic Art Workshop in Vác, KOGART, Hungarian Natural History Museum.
