He graduated in reproductive graphic art from the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts in 1984. His masters were Imre Magyarász, György Benedek and Gábor Nagy. He has made India ink and pencil drawings, prints, wood- and linocuts, lithographs, mirror boxes, mini and textile works, watercolours as well as oil and acrylic pictures. His work was recognised with the Munkácsy Award in 2001. He had an exhibition in the Hungarian Cultural and Scientific Centre in Helsinki in 2010, and he was invited along with Zoltán Popovits to the Yrjö Liipolan Taidemuseo in Koski. He won the scholarship of the Hungarian Academy in Rome in 2013 and the scholarship of the Hungarian Academy of Arts in 2016.
